saloon.az is Azerbaijan's digital beauty-booking assistant — a two-sided platform where clients discover and book appointments at salons, barbers, spas, and specialty studios (kids' salons, tattoo/piercing, cosmetology) across categories, while salon owners get a full back-office to run their business. The platform runs on a tiered subscription model (Free, Gold, Premium), giving salons access to increasingly advanced tools as they grow.
We built the full marketplace: a client-facing search and booking flow filtered by service category and location, and a salon-facing dashboard covering reservation management, staff scheduling, service/pricing control, and gallery management. On the premium tiers, we added business tools — customer reporting, usage statistics, and SMS reminder/campaign systems — giving salon owners real operational visibility, not just a booking calendar.
