Rəqəmsal Məktəb (Digital School)
Rəqəmsal Məktəb ("Digital School") is a state-driven initiative to modernize school administration across Azerbaijan, replacing paper-based processes with a unified digital system. The platform brings class scheduling, grade journals, teacher and student records, substitute-teacher management, classroom allocation, and attendance tracking into one place — built to serve schools nationwide, from administrators to individual teachers managing their own classes.
We built the full administrative platform for this government initiative: real-time class scheduling, a subject-by-subject grade journal system, teacher and student management, a substitution-tracking module, classroom/room allocation, and attendance tracking, with year-over-year data continuity across academic years. We also built companion mobile apps (iOS/Android) so school staff can manage day-to-day operations on the go — all designed to scale reliably across schools nationwide.
