İriqabaritli Daşımalar (Oversized Cargo Transport Permits)
Built for the Azerbaijan Ground Transport Agency (AYNA), this platform digitizes the application and approval process for oversized-load transport permits — a process that previously required manual submission and multi-agency coordination. Transport operators submit route, load, and vehicle details online and track approval status in real time, while the request moves through review by the relevant authorities (traffic police, AYNA, and regional bodies including Nakhchivan) before being finalized.
We built the full application and case-management system: a submission form capturing load type, weight, route start/end points, vehicle configuration, and supporting documents (photos and load certificates), alongside a multi-status tracking pipeline — from submission through corrections, multi-agency review, and final approval. We also built the detailed case-review interface used by reviewing officers to inspect each application's full documentation and applicant details, plus payment tracking for permit fees and an export function for reporting.
